The right candidate will have excellent verbal and email communication skills to go with excellent technology skills needed to support our clients throughout the US. Company Information – MD Tech Pro is planning locations throughout the US and Canada so significant growth opportunities exist for a motivated candidate. Our company focuses primarily on providing IT services and support for medical practices.

The ideal candidate will have the following essential functions, skills, knowledge & experience:
  • 3 or more years of technical experience
  • Must be able to install, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft based networks
  • Must have experience installing and maintaining Windows Active Directory
  • Must have experience installing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange
  • MCSE, CompTIA Net Plus or other certifications desired
  • Ability to work with little supervision and achieve superior results
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with both Microsoft and Mac based systems desired
  • Positive attitude and ability to get along well with others
  • Experience supporting medical clients desired but not required for this position
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and email inquiries from clients and document issues and solutions within our company ticketing system
  • Monitor and manage all service tickets and help desk queues
  • Address network outages, escalate user issues, recommend enhancements and maintain IT inventory records
  • Communicate and collaborate with field staff to resolve and manage projects and tickets
  • Contact clients with updates about the resolution of their requests
  • Monitor and manage server backups and maintenance
  • Prioritize all IT projects and facilitate their completion
  • Research and recommend new technology
  • Collaborate with helpdesk staff and other company engineers and staff
  • Other tasks and projects as needed or directed
Hours and Location
  • The hours for this position will be 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday
  • This position will work out of an office location in Phoenix near I10 and Elliott Road
