We are hiring senior network engineers who have experience working with various EMR software solutions. Experience with one or more of the following solutions is required: Sage, Greenway, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks, eMD's, Amazing Charts, Practice Fusion or another leading EMR solution.

You must reside in the Phoenix AZ area to be considered for this position.

The ideal candidate will have the following essential functions, skills, knowledge & experience:

• At least 1 year of experience working within or supporting medical practices
• Experience with EMR and Practice Management solutions
• 3 or more years of technical experience
• Must be able to install, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft based networks
• Must have experience installing and maintaining Windows Active Directory
• Must have experience installing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange
• MCSE or other certifications desired
• Ability to work with little supervision and achieve superior results
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to get along well with others

Primary Responsibilities:

• Network and Firewall/Router Administration
• Maintain, migrate, image, and deploy all computer equipment ensuring maximum up time
• Manage weekly server backups and maintenance
• Address network outages, escalate user issues, recommend enhancements and maintain IT inventory records
• Prioritize all IT projects and facilitate their completion
• Attend sales meetings with local sales team to provide technical sales support
• Research and recommend new technology
• Manage helpdesk staff and outsourced resources
• Hire, train and collaborate with other staff on support and services
• Other tasks as needed or directed
