MD Tech Pro is hiring a Senior Network Engineer with NextGen experience in our Phoenix AZ office. Join our team in the growing field of healthcare IT.

The ideal candidate will have the following essential functions, skills, knowledge & experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with NextGen EMR and Practice Management software
• Experience working directly within or supporting one or more large medical practices
• Must be able to install, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft based networks
• Must have experience installing and maintaining Windows Active Directory
• Must have experience installing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange
• MCSE or other certifications desired
• Ability to work with little supervision and achieve superior results
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to get along well with others

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of multiple clients network and IT infrastructure
• Maintain, migrate, image, and deploy all computer equipment ensuring maximum up time
• Manage weekly server backups and maintenance
• Address network outages, escalate user issues, recommend enhancements and maintain IT inventory records
• Prioritize all IT projects and facilitate their completion
• Attend meetings with client and company leadership
• Research and recommend new technology
• Collaborate with other staff on support and services
• Other tasks as needed or directed
