We are looking for a sales executive who has a track record of building and leading a fast-growth start-up company through a national expansion. Experience in healthcare and / or information technology or transferable skills is required.
In this position you will lead a sales team in our current markets that include Phoenix, Denver, Atlanta, Boston and several others plus lead new market launches nationwide. The company has growth plans to become the largest healthcare IT provider for medical practices in the North America.
You must be a self-starter and the ability to build on the results achieved to date by the company. To start this is an equity only position. Salary and bonus opportunities will be provided upon the delivery of sales results and / or venture funding of the company.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide sales leadership and manage sales team
- Develop and refine sales and training methodologies
- Develop a sales and marketing budget, monitor, and meet the objectives.
- Directs sales & marketing planning.
- Evaluate market reactions to marketing sales programs/technique.
- Collaborate with CEO on sales and marketing initiatives
Desired Skills & Experience
- BA degree in marketing or equivalent
- Experience leading a startup company or leading a sales team through a national expansion
- Ability to work with company owners and investors
- Experience in selling healthcare related or information technology products or services
- Experience selling directly to medical practices desired but not required
- Passion to build a leading national brand
